Mmm... special! 2
Some months ago, I ordered a pizza from Papa John’s using their web interface (I’m not proud, I’ll admit to the occasional need for junk food). The pizza was terrible (since then I’ve only ever used them for a satsifying late night cravings for Ben and Jerry’s when I can’t be arsed to go to the all night Tesco’s).
They still send me junk email. Today’s took the cake:

Make mum feel special this weekend, buy any pizza and get another
up to the same size and value HALF PRICE
Only one online offer per order
Because nothing says “you’re special” like a half price Papa John’s pizza.

As you mention the pizza’s not that great, and things may be different in the UK, but here in the States you can nearly always get a better price by calling your local Papa John’s.
As far as the email, I use a made-up VERP-style alias for each place I sign-up with, then I can tell my anti-spam to deep-six anything to an address that ends up obnoxious.
Hahaha, lol. Papa John’s isn’t that great but they do allow the unique pleasure (at least here in the states) of dipping the doughy crust into garlic sauce. I’m surprised they even bothered expanding abroad.
Aaaahhh, scribbish! Azure had a more homey feel, though a bit worn. Scribbish is too austere. Is it too much to ask for you to whip up your own theme or commission one? At the very least, you could use one of the many themes Tim has collected.
